Apologies & Racial Harmony Day

It HAS been ages that I added new stuff to our blog....been flat out busy with not sure what?!?

Mathena recently celebrated "Racial Harmony Day" at school. She calls it Rachel Harmony Day. It's a day apparently held in schools to raise awareness and acceptance of the multi cultural society in Singapore. They sing songs, talk about food and cultures, try new things and is somewhat 'patriotised' into the Nation of Singapore. She went dressed in an Indian Sari and quickly became the Belle of the Ball. She also got a bit confused as she refused to raised her hand when ask if she was CHINESE. Enjoy the pics.

Lined up in each Racial costume

The dress was a bit of a accident waiting to happen!

In class representing the 4 major 'races', though we learnt that we are actually "Australasians".
