We celebrated FATHER's Day with style. Being truly cantonese in origin I requested that we find somewhere with a nice cantonese cuisine for Alex. To our amazement, we were treated to this nice and somewhat luxurious hotel restaurant. The food was amazing! From bamboo pith with shark's fin soup to super tender roast pork ribs, and sea cucumber to king prawns with mee sua cooked in prawn sauce etc. AND the tree, check out the longevity TREE! We are up the yummy snow skinned bun with custard! Slurp, the thought of it makes us hungry, again..
After about 6 years in Singapore. We have packed up our memories and entered a not so booming yet exciting new country. Until we get our driver's license, we will not be New Yorkers but alas, this place can grow on you. All 5 of us, an unlikely yet loving couple, a 6th grader encyclopedia, a 4th grader who knows it all and a dare devil toddler. This is our life, our journal, our journey.
