Dad flew off just after our Ballet busyness on Saturday and then we ventured to "Henderson Waves" with a young family (ONGs) we befriended through our GKGW course. What fun and even at 6pm, it was BRIGHT and HOT! Our kids were a bucket full of energy and often disturbed many a "romantic" couples courting. Sigh! After that we were introduced to a whole new world of the Singapore version of the Aussie RSL. It's called the SAFRA here and we can NEVER be members as we never served for the country. Hehe! Great facilities and restaurants that we can only go if there's a member with us (except the restaurants). Very similar to the RSL back at home, glamorous and clean (no Pics).
Then on Sunday, after church, we joined the SUNBEAM teachers for lunch and an afternoon of bowling to blend, fellowship and have just plain old fun! Fun we did!
Holidays is about playdates, relaxing, exhaustion trying to RELAX, attending cookie baking classes, trying out "Hip-Hop dances", watching movies, getting wet, seeing new places, meeting or getting to know new people etc....and MORE!
