UK & Aberdeen

On arrival, we stayed south West of London at Stoke D'Abernon, about 40 mins on the train to Waterloo Station. A prestige suburb known for it's mansion-like and large landed properties. We took a long stroll in 5 degs around the neighbourhood to enjoy the beautiful cottage like homes. Its snowed the next morning, to the delight of the girls!!!!

Daffodils were growing like weeds (UK and Scotland) everywhere....to think that I had to pay for them in Woolies (Aust!)

"Angus"
Cows are called Angus. All the menus name their steaks Angus. I use to have a friend call Angus. This is the brown highland version of Angus. Scotland's reknown Aberdeen Angus is similar but black in colour. We wondered if these animals can see where they are going!
Our first castle in Aberdeen. Castle Fraser was closed as it was Sunday (off tourist season) but the surrounds was good enough. It was a sunny day in Aberdeen as well. A whole 10degs!!!

Kids' choice: London Natural History Museum. Fantastic place (esp the Dinosaur displays) for kids and we were all impressed. Have to go back as it was too large for our little legs to see all... Letitia was at the right age to read and REALLY get into the content of the displays. We were all "xx-saurus, yy-saurus" -out by the end of it.
